Simple, but ingenious! I am quite impressed. Taking pokemon sprites to a whole new level!

It looks so much like Charmander. The smirking lumpy pillow pokemon! xD But this Squirtle looks so cheerful! Like he’s waving to me from the sand dunes!

“Good afternoon, Spycat!”

“Good afternoon, Squirtle!”

Bulbasaurs sure look evil. Being in their presence is kind of unsettling. It looks like they’re constantly angry and about to beat you up at any moment.

I’d never noticed that Bulbasaurs have red eyes. After staring into the eyes of this particular Bulbasaur, I’m pretty sure that’s one fact I’m never going to forget.

“Is that PONYTA?! Ahhh, it’s Ponyta, it’s Ponyta!!” Everyone likes Ponyta, right? It’s a fire horse. You can’t not like a fire horse. Ponyta was on my wishlist of Pokemon I wanted to find in this mod, which is why I was so excited. It’s, ah, quite a bit smaller than I expected though. Kind of looks like a toy, and reminds me of some sort of dainty fairy. Hm, I’m suddenly very eager to see what Rapidash looks like!

I wasn’t able to catch him, though not for lack of trying, as I used almost all of my pokeballs in the attempt. I concluded he was just too much for me right now, and let him be. I’m guessing I have to use higher level pokeballs or something, I don’t know.

I do intend to post something other than Pokemobs someday, but it is my personal mission to photograph all the pokemon, so if anyone doesn’t like it they’re just going to have to deal.

My Vulpix! Sixth pokemon I caught! My party is now full. Time to train ‘em up, make ‘em strong. :3

I love Vulpix, so I kind of freaked out when I saw this one through the trees, and even more when he turned out to be an easy catch! A very calm pokemon though…while I was taking pictures, he just stood there like a statue. o__o I’d told him to explore, I wanted him to run around a bit and stuff, but nope, he would just turn a little bit every so often.

My Pidgey, the fifth pokemon I caught. His name, Joe, is not quite so much a lack of creativity as it is a secret reference to a friend. :) Joe is the name of a very tough and violent cowboy, so it’s perfect for a Pidgey. Truly perfect!

It’s Caterpie! Hoorah! I saw him from a distance, and my first thought was “is that…some kind of snake? what pokemon is a bright green snake??” He’s permanently stuck in that upraised pose, which looks rather odd and uncomfortable from my point of view, though it also makes him look permanently alert and curious. The creator(s) also failed to include the typical Caterpie’s pink antenna. I find him to be a charming fellow all the same, though.

He became my fourth pokemon, and I named him Kitteh. Of course. I had to continue the trend of truly questionable names I’d started with Bop the Shellder, after all.

My third pokemon: a Shellder! I’d been exploring a humongous open cavern that I’d stumbled upon while walking through the forest, and as I was scrambling up the hill back to the forest I saw a little purple thing jumping around in this half-hidden pond! It took me a moment to comprehend what it was.

I named him Bop, because as I was punching him (to weaken him for catching - I know, it’s kind of weird) I was saying “Bop. Bop. Bop. Bop, bop, bop.” Man, I come up with the most beautiful, sophisticated names ever, don’t you think?? :P
